ClLEMENTINE COTTAGE is a modern, wheelchair friendly, 3-bedroom holiday cottage located in the popular seaside village of Port Eynon, pet friendly and just a stones throw away from the long sandy beaches of Port Eynon and Horton. The cottage has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and has been awarded by Visit Wales with a well deserved 5 star grading.

Designed and built with the visitor experience in mind, Clementine Cottage and its neighbouring cottages Apricot and Bramley cater perfectly for its guests with all the creature comforts of home with the luxury of having a beach, a popular seaside village with a successful restaurant, a welcoming pub and a tasty chip shop all on its doorstep.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

Bedroom 1 (with en suite wet room): King bed, dressing table, built-in wardrobes and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The large en suite wet room has a wash basin, WC with grab rail and a shower with a wall-mounted seat. 

Cloakroom: WC and wash basin

Kitchen Area: Electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Lounge: 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and an electric powered adjustable chair. Solid wood furniture, flatscreen TV/DVD, CD player, payphone and an electric flame effect fire.

Dining Room: Table and chairs for 6 people with french doors leading out onto level garden.

First Floor

Bedroom 2: King bed, dressing table, built-in wardrobes, wall-mounted flatscreen TV and an en suite shower room with WC, wash basin and a shower cubicle.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, dressing table with wall-mounted TV, built-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with WC, wash basin and a bath with shower over.

External: To the front of the cottage there is parking for 2 cars and to the rear there is a fully secure, good-sized level garden with patio and lawned area complete with garden furniture.
